These Terms of Service govern the use of our website and the purchase of Bathroom Shelves and related bathroom storage products from s7fivebathroom.co.uk.

Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. By submitting an order, you agree to the Terms applicable to your purchase, subject to your statutory consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or overrides any rights you have under applicable UK consumer protection law.

Product specifications vary by model, including dimensions, materials, finishes, mounting methods, supplied brackets/fixings, recommended load capacities, and care instructions. Customers should review the individual product page before purchasing to ensure that the chosen Bathroom Shelf is suitable for its intended location and use.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights if goods are faulty, incorrectly described or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. After placing an order, you will receive an electronic acknowledgement.

A contract for the sale of goods is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order, communicated through an order confirmation or dispatch notice. If we are unable to accept an order due to product unavailability, a material pricing error or another legitimate reason, we will notify you and promptly refund any payment collected.

Where an order has already been dispatched, the applicable cancellation and return rights described in our Returns & Refunds Policy will apply. Your statutory cancellation rights are not affected.

• All product prices are displayed and charged exclusively in British Pounds Sterling (GBP / £).
• Prices displayed include any applicable UK VAT. The total amount payable is displayed before you confirm your order.
• Accepted Payment Methods: We currently accept Visa and Mastercard only. We do not accept other payment methods.
• We do not impose undisclosed payment surcharges.

We offer free standard delivery (£0.00) on all orders delivered to eligible addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

• Order Handling Time: 1–2 business days
• Estimated Courier Transit Time: 3–7 business days
• Estimated Total Delivery Time: 4–9 business days after order processing begins

Orders placed after the daily cut-off, or on weekends or bank holidays, begin processing on the next business day. 6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

We offer a 28-day return period for eligible change-of-mind returns, calculated from the date of delivery:

• Return Method: By mail using the prepaid return label included in the original package.
• Return Shipping Cost: Free (£0.00).
• Restocking Fee: £0.00.

Customers may reasonably open and inspect Bathroom Shelves to check dimensions, materials, and finishes. For change-of-mind returns, products should remain unused and uninstalled wherever reasonably possible. Installation, drilling, cutting, permanent alteration, damage or excessive handling may reduce the value of a returned product. Any permitted deduction will be based on an actual reduction in value and not on a restocking fee.

In addition to our 28-day commercial return policy, consumers retain their statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (14 days to notify cancellation + 14 days to return). Once returned goods have been received, we will inspect them and issue any eligible refund within 3 business days to the original Visa or Mastercard in GBP (£). 7. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

All goods supplied by S7Five Bathroom must meet the requirements of applicable UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a Bathroom Shelf arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete, incorrect or not as described, please contact our customer care team at support@s7fivebathroom.co.uk. Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, refund or another remedy provided by law.

8. Installation, Safety & Product Use

Bathroom Shelves must be installed and used in accordance with the installation instructions and product specifications supplied with the relevant product. Before installation, customers should check that the intended wall structure is suitable, use appropriate fixings, check for concealed electrical cables and water pipes, follow instructions, and observe maximum load capacities.

S7FIVE LTD is not responsible for loss or damage caused solely by improper installation, misuse, unauthorised alteration or failure to follow appropriate installation instructions, to the extent permitted by applicable law. However, nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability arising from defective goods, inaccurate product information, our negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In particular, we do not exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence.

The content available on s7fivebathroom.co.uk, including product descriptions, photographs, graphics, branding and website materials, is owned by S7FIVE LTD or used with permission from the relevant rights holders. You must not use our website for fraudulent transactions, unauthorised access, interference with website functionality or other unlawful activities.
