This Delivery & Shipping Policy applies to orders placed online at s7fivebathroom.co.uk, operated by S7FIVE LTD (Company Registration Number: 15033860).
We aim to ensure that our Bathroom Shelves and related mounting components are packed appropriately and delivered safely to customers throughout the United Kingdom.
1. Delivery Destinations & Shipping Rates
- Delivery Area: We currently deliver only to addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently offer delivery outside the United Kingdom.
- Standard Delivery Fee: Free (£0.00) on all UK orders.
- Minimum Order Value: There is no minimum order value required for standard UK delivery.
2. Order Processing & Delivery Times
Our standard business days are Monday to Friday, excluding applicable bank and public holidays.
| Fulfilment Stage | Timeframe | Details |
|---|---|---|
| Order Cut-off | 2:00 PM UK time | Orders placed before the cut-off on a business day begin processing that business day. |
| Handling / Processing Time | 1–2 business days | Orders are prepared for dispatch Monday to Friday. |
| Transit Time | 3–7 business days | Estimated courier transit time after dispatch (Monday to Friday). |
| Estimated Total Delivery Time | 4–9 business days | Handling time plus courier transit time once order processing begins. |
Orders placed after 2:00 PM UK time, or on weekends or applicable bank or public holidays, begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Severe weather, carrier disruption, unusually high delivery volumes, bank holidays, address issues and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
3. Dispatch & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email.
Where tracking is available for the selected delivery service, the confirmation email will include the relevant tracking information or courier tracking link. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to become active in the courier's system.
Please ensure that the email address provided when placing your order is accurate so that you can receive order and delivery updates.
4. Packaging
Bathroom shelves may include glass, metal finishes, mounting hardware and other components that require appropriate protection during transport.
Products are packed using protective materials suitable for the item type, size and construction. Fragile products may include additional protective inserts or corner protection where appropriate.
Please retain the product packaging until you have inspected the item and confirmed that all parts and mounting components supplied with the product are present.
5. Damaged, Incomplete or Incorrect Deliveries
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If your Bathroom Shelf arrives damaged, contains damaged components, is missing supplied mounting hardware or accessories, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at support@s7fivebathroom.co.uk.
Where possible, please provide: your order number, photographs showing the issue, photographs of the packaging where relevant, and details of any missing or incorrect components.
We encourage customers to contact us within 48 hours of delivery where visible transit damage is identified, as this can help us investigate the issue with the delivery provider. However, contacting us outside this period does not remove or limit your statutory consumer rights.
Where a product is damaged, faulty, incomplete, incorrect or not as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair, refund or another remedy available to you by law. There is no charge to the customer for an eligible remedy relating to goods that arrive damaged, faulty, incomplete or incorrect.
6. Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us and provide your order number so that we can investigate the delivery status.
Where tracking is available, we recommend checking the latest tracking information before contacting us, as courier updates may occasionally be delayed.
Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered into your physical possession, or into the possession of a person you have identified to receive them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If an order cannot be delivered within the applicable agreed delivery period, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights.
7. Delivery Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
If you notice an error in your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible at support@s7fivebathroom.co.uk. We will try to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered the dispatch process or has been handed to the delivery provider.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns & Refunds Policy
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made through s7fivebathroom.co.uk, operated by S7FIVE LTD (Company Registration Number: 15033860).
At S7Five Bathroom, we want customers to be able to choose Bathroom Shelves with confidence. If a shelf is not the right size, finish or style for your bathroom, we offer a clear 28-day return policy.
This policy is provided in addition to your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
1. 28-Day Return Window
For eligible change-of-mind returns, we accept return requests within 28 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Please contact us or follow the prepaid return instructions within this period if you wish to return your Bathroom Shelf. Your statutory cancellation rights under UK consumer law are not reduced by our 28-day commercial return policy.
2. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
- Return Shipping Cost: Free (£0.00).
- Return Method: By mail using the prepaid return label supplied with your order.
- Prepaid Return Label: A prepaid return shipping label is included inside your original delivery package.
- Restocking Fee: £0.00 — we do not charge a restocking fee.
If your prepaid return label is missing, damaged or cannot be used, please contact us at support@s7fivebathroom.co.uk before returning the product so that we can provide appropriate return instructions.
3. Condition of Change-of-Mind Returns
For change-of-mind returns, Bathroom Shelves should be returned unused and uninstalled, with all supplied components, accessories and mounting hardware.
Customers may open the packaging and handle the product as reasonably necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, dimensions, finish and suitability, in the same way that would reasonably be permitted when examining an item in a shop.
For a full change-of-mind refund, please return the product in its original product packaging where reasonably possible and include all components originally supplied, such as brackets, screws, wall plugs, mounting accessories and instruction materials.
Bathroom Shelves should not be installed, drilled, cut, permanently fixed to a wall, altered or otherwise used before a change-of-mind return.
Where handling goes beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product and causes a reduction in its value, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund where permitted by applicable law. Examples of handling that may reduce the value of a Bathroom Shelf include installation, drilling, cutting, permanent alteration, damage to finishes, missing components or use of adhesive mounting materials. Any such deduction relates only to an actual reduction in the value of the product and is not a restocking fee.
4. How to Return an Item
Returns are accepted by mail only:
- Carefully repack the Bathroom Shelf and include all supplied mounting components, accessories and instructions.
- Attach the prepaid return label supplied inside your original parcel to the outside of the return package.
- Take the parcel to the designated UK carrier or drop-off location specified on the prepaid return label.
- Please retain your proof of postage or return receipt until your refund has been completed.
Please note: Do not send a return to our registered office address unless the prepaid return label or our customer service team specifically instructs you to do so.
5. Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect or Not as Described Items
The conditions applying to change-of-mind returns do not limit your statutory rights where a Bathroom Shelf is faulty, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at support@s7fivebathroom.co.uk and provide your order number together with photographs or other relevant information where reasonably possible.
Where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. Depending on the circumstances and your applicable statutory rights, this may include a refund, replacement, repair or another appropriate remedy. Eligible returns relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods will not incur a return shipping charge or restocking fee.
6. Return Inspection & Refund Processing
- Inspection & Refund Initiation: Once your returned item is received at the return location shown on the prepaid label, we will inspect the product and process an approved refund within 3 business days.
- Inspection Scope: For change-of-mind returns, the inspection will confirm the condition of the product and whether all supplied components are present.
- Payment Method: Approved refunds will be issued strictly to the original payment method used for the purchase. As our website currently accepts Visa and Mastercard only, refunds will be returned to the same Visa or Mastercard used for the original transaction.
- Currency: All refunds are processed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP / £).
- Bank Posting Time: After we issue the refund, your bank or card issuer may require an additional 3–5 business days to display the credit on your account statement. This banking timeframe is outside our direct control.
7. Refund Amount
Where an eligible return qualifies for a full refund, we will refund the applicable purchase price to the original payment method. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Where a change-of-mind return has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product and its value has consequently been reduced, an appropriate deduction may be made where permitted by applicable law. No such deduction applies simply because the customer has opened the packaging to reasonably inspect the Bathroom Shelf.
